Damn you. I an now questioning this fic and Arthur's responces so hard....
What makes this the most impressive thing thought is that no matter what Arthur choses in some ways his choice affects not only the PASIV but also the world. The creation of the DreamSharing Underground Community, War due to PASIV, it's termination, continuation, etc. ARTHUR's Choice inpacts the world.
That is in essence epic. How one man can change the world and not know it.
