Mycroft. I can't believe I forgot to comment on the series of drawings of/on Mycroft from a few chapters back. That was beautiful. There's so much love and trust between them at that point. And having Mycroft really see him in this chapter is a gorgeous continuation of that bond (misplaced but not broken?).
The relationship with John is riveting. They definitely have chemistry and shared humor, but Sherlock's unspoken thoughts lend tension (in several meanings of the word) that hasn't been present before. *squees*
An outsider POV? Oooh, yes please! Sherlock's POV is excellent and I definitely want more of it, but a glimpse from outside of his filters sounds like a forbidden delight. :D Regardless, thanks for the fabulous fic!
