Okay, I never liked it in Naruto how he was made to live on his own at such an early age. I mean, in a ninja village, you’d think they were capable enough to look after orphans. Seriously, lots of blood = lots of death = lots of sad and suddenly lonely kids. Admittedly, Naruto may have been kicked out for being the demon carrier, but I’m making an AU case where the Third Hokage cared a little more and made his case a little more strongly. Thus, Naruto grew up in a nin-orphanage; a school and home for those children born of shinobi lineage, or orphans that showed potential with chakra, and where they are not only trained, but looked after. Iruka, as an interesting little addition to this story, lived there a while after the Nine-Tails’ attack killed his parents.

As more stories creep their way onto LJ, I'll assume that this page will steadily grow...
